Join the fastest-growing storm restoration company in the Midwest. Top pay. Year-round work. Apply in 60 seconds.
We're not fly-by-night storm chasers. Allied Emergency Services is a BBB A+ rated company with deep roots in Illinois. We've been helping Bloomington-Normal area families and businesses recover from storm damage for years, building trust throughout McLean County and central Illinois.
Bloomington's strategic location in central Illinois makes it perfect for covering our entire service area. We serve 155+ cities across Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan, with Bloomington as our gateway to agricultural and residential communities throughout the heartland.
Our work is backed by insurance companies, which means guaranteed payment and steady cash flow. Unlike other construction jobs that depend on homeowner financing, storm restoration work is paid for by billion-dollar insurance companies with established claim processes.
We provide complete training for all positions. New canvassers get ride-along training with experienced team members. Sales reps receive ongoing education on insurance processes, roofing systems, and negotiation techniques. We invest heavily in your success and professional development.
Many of our current managers started as canvassers or entry-level sales reps. We believe in promoting from within and providing clear career advancement paths. Your dedication and results determine your advancement, not politics or favoritism.
