What You'll Do: Walk through neighborhoods affected by hail and wind storms throughout Kankakee County, knock on doors with a friendly professional approach, inspect roofs and siding from ground level for damage indicators, photograph evidence of storm impact, and schedule appointments using our proprietary app-based lead tracking system. You'll receive daily assignments in the most productive areas of Kankakee, Bradley, Bourbonnais, and surrounding communities where recent storms have created opportunities.

No Experience Needed: We provide comprehensive training covering storm damage identification, insurance claim fundamentals, effective door-to-door sales techniques, and safety protocols. Experience Preferred: While we provide extensive training, candidates with background experience in roofing, construction, insurance adjusting, or business-to-business sales typically achieve faster success and higher early earnings. Knowledge of construction materials, insurance claim processes, or Xactimate software is advantageous but not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training programs.

The Role: Work remotely from your home office calling and texting homeowners in storm-affected areas throughout Kankakee County and surrounding regions to schedule free comprehensive roof and property inspections. You'll follow up on canvasser-generated leads, contact purchased marketing lists, and nurture prospects through our advanced CRM system to maximize appointment conversion rates.

What You'll Do: Make 100-150 strategic outbound calls daily to qualified prospects, send personalized text messages through our automated system, maintain detailed lead information and conversation notes in our CRM database, schedule appointments for our field sales team, follow up with missed appointments to reschedule, and track conversion metrics to optimize calling strategies. The Role: Lead and develop a high-performing team of canvassers and sales representatives in the Kankakee market territory. You'll be responsible for comprehensive territory management, team recruitment and training, ongoing performance coaching, and ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.
