Services Provided
Allied Emergency Services provides:
- Emergency storm damage restoration
- Roof repair and replacement
- Water damage restoration
- Fire and smoke damage restoration
- Hail and wind damage repair
- Insurance claim assistance
- Property reconstruction services
Service Terms
- Emergency Response: We strive to respond to emergency calls within one hour, weather and safety conditions permitting
- Estimates: Free estimates are provided for restoration services
- Insurance Claims: We assist with insurance claims but cannot guarantee claim approval or coverage amounts
- Payment: Payment terms will be established in individual service agreements
- Licensing: We maintain all required licenses and certifications for our service areas
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate information about damage and property conditions
- Maintain safe access to the work area
- Communicate promptly regarding any concerns or changes
- Cooperate with insurance claim processes
- Pay for services according to agreed-upon terms
Limitation of Liability
Allied Emergency Services' liability is limited to the direct cost of services provided. We are not liable for:
- Pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by covered events
- Consequential or indirect damages
- Delays due to weather, material availability, or permit requirements
- Insurance company decisions regarding coverage
Warranty
We provide warranties on our workmanship as specified in individual service agreements. Warranties do not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from subsequent storms or events
- Issues arising from customer modifications
- Acts of nature or circumstances beyond our control
Emergency Services
Emergency services are provided to prevent further damage to property. Emergency work may be performed at premium rates due to urgent nature, after-hours timing, or hazardous conditions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes will be resolved through:
- Direct communication with our management team
- Mediation through a mutually agreed mediator
- Arbitration under applicable state laws
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
