The Role: As a storm damage canvasser in Joliet, you'll be the first point of contact with homeowners after hail and wind storms. Your job is to identify visible storm damage, educate homeowners about their insurance coverage, and set appointments for our sales representatives to provide free inspections.

What You'll Do: Walk neighborhoods affected by storms, knock on doors, inspect roofs and siding from the ground level, take photos of damage, and schedule appointments. You'll work with our app-based lead tracking system and receive daily assignments in the most productive areas of Joliet and surrounding Will County communities.

No Experience Needed: We provide complete training including storm damage identification, insurance claim basics, door-to-door sales techniques, and safety protocols. Many of our top canvassers had never done sales before joining our team.

The Role: Our sales representatives in Joliet manage the entire claim process from initial inspection through project completion. You'll work directly with homeowners and insurance adjusters to maximize claim settlements and sell comprehensive restoration packages including roofing, siding, gutters, and interior repairs.

What You'll Do: Conduct thorough property inspections using industry-standard tools, meet with insurance adjusters, prepare detailed estimates using Xactimate software, present solutions to homeowners, and manage projects through completion. You'll have a dedicated territory in Joliet and surrounding areas with warm leads provided by our canvassing team.

Experience Preferred: While we provide training, candidates with experience in roofing, construction, insurance adjusting, or B2B sales typically see faster success. Knowledge of construction materials, insurance claim processes, or Xactimate software is a plus but not required.

The Role: Work from home calling and texting homeowners in storm-affected areas around Joliet to schedule free roof inspections. You'll follow up on canvasser leads, call purchased data lists, and nurture prospects through our CRM system.

What You'll Do: Make 100-150 outbound calls per day, send text messages through our system, update lead information in our CRM, schedule appointments for our sales team, and follow up with missed appointments. Perfect for someone who wants to work in the storm restoration industry but prefers working from home.

The Role: Lead a team of canvassers and sales reps in the Joliet market. You'll be responsible for territory management, team training, performance coaching, and ensuring monthly sales targets are met. This is a hands-on leadership role with significant earning potential through override commissions.
